on the rear. Should be 16 for a stock TT. As slick and toyz note, I don't think you can go wrong with either of these. Just on personal experience/preference, I'd probably lean toward Toyo, but as toyz mentioned, Tirerack doesn't list the T1R (front 225 width not available). Depending on what conditions you drive in the RA1 may suit you. Smaller high-performance tires have become more and more rare. If may be out of the scope of what you'd want to do, but if you can source a pair of additional rear wheels and put them on the front, the T1Rs would return as a viable option. Honestly, just to replace tires, I'd go with the Pirellis as the path of least resistance.
