What if I have a problem with the product in the warranty period and the vendor has to send my item back to Ash to be repaired or replaced, but he's in the middle of his disappearing act (which is 11 out of 12 month's every year) What do I do then? His stuff isn't ground breaking or revolutionary anymore. Or was it ever really that way and not just the fanboy's hyping it up? It's just a different twist on the same tired product's. So I normally just go with the next company that has no problem delivering in a time frame I expect.
