more like they simply take their customers for granted and didn't feel a need to communicate the reason and you aren't aware of the circumstances whether they be internal or external to the company.....and that is the great thing about free markets, when companies make stupid decisions and adopt stupid mindsets, they can lose their customers to competition who decide to not have their business heads up their business asses. It's actually becoming a side hobby of mine watching companies slit their own throats with the blade of stupidity over time. You can actually make money off it if they are publicly traded.
