Message	bonded to them, to help them keep their shape. I found those from Z-Spec to deform too much when tightened down, so I used their stainless bolts with OEM grommets. I spoke to both Chris and Karen, about adding a cupped washer to have the grommet keep its shape. If that were added, I'd recommend them.
