Message	I prefer to run some solder over wires after twisting the overlapping area together and then heat shrink over the top. You want to put the soldering iron under the wires and run solder over the top so that it pentrates into the wires. You will also know for sure that the solder has penetrated sufficiently, which you dont know with these connectors.
