that list - full 120k, harness, reseal, motor mounts, injectors, deletes, clutch, turbos (inspection and line cleaning at least, like new CHRAs), MSPs (if you can find them), downpipes etc. It's engine out cleaning, maintenance and upgrades IMO, so swapping is no big deal at all. Intercoolers and piping is all aftermarket now and stockers are cheap cheap cheap (free?). Basically just need a fascia.... I do agree that the RHDs are a good motor source - 3/3 that I have murdered have donated strong motors and a few other organs :-)
