Message	was along the front edge of the hood on the passenger side. Bad tape job so it left a sharp edge sticking out. Could easily see it with the hood closed and open and could deff feel it. The rust hole bugged me as well. That should have been fixed when it was painted. It had an interior wood overlay kit installed when he bought it as well. He at least got rid of that :).
