Message	I remember that post now. It was not porosity or pinholes in the casting, but a shield screw that was drilled/tapped too far down (and OF COURSE that leaked). No excuse for the poor quality control, but this is hugely different than casting porosity in terms of longevity and something that can be inspected and hopefully found prior to installation. Again, not defending AMS, but I still have yet to see a report of the chinese manifolds actually cracking.
