It seems I'm moving along at a snail's pace with the oil pan trying to develop the best assembly procedure, but I finally got the first one fully welded so I could measure warpage/shrinkage and fit-test it in a chassis. Found it was a bit too close to the steering rack casting on the driver side so I had to make a notch in the pan for clearance. Turbo oil drains, temp sensor bung, and drain plug are yet to be added.
