Message So creeping in traffic on a hot day means it will not come on to provide airflow for comfort cooling until engine temps get high enough.

I may got back to my jumper idea to run the cooling fan low whenever the Clutch is on.

Which relay does the ecu turn on first? I may jumper the other so I get low speed with ac on, and then high for ECu on

The ecu is able to turn on the cooling fan correctly, just not always at a good time for comfort cooling.

Most AC systems, even old and modern have a high pressure switch to turn on a cooling fan.
