Message	1 quart every 8.7 seconds at 1,500 rpm idle... and that's including the stock restrictor in the return line. That's a lot of oil moving up front, and at high RPMs the flow rate is much faster! Just FYI. Here's the YouTube video OverZealous (CT) My General posts (click)
