Message by complete I mean full rpm and load range. Most ecus are not fast enough to deal with this. In theory the Elite series "could" do this. If the long term PID tuning is done right it should work. you need atleast a 50 % O2 feedback range. 30 % for ethanol and the typical 20 % in addition.

Elite 2500 allows 50 % +- STFT and the same for LTFT so yes it could :)
