Message	... block, crank, rods, etc... aside from a few differences (biggest being compression ratio and lack of piston squirters) I'd think that it could easily handle a 100 shot assuming that it's done correctly. The VG30DE never really got a ton of love because it was more cost effective to just start w/ a TT. It's still a great motor, though. Former Stage V addict... off the wagon.
