Message	This Z is very nice, but neglected. By that I mean, very clean but general time-based maintenance doesn't seem to have been done. The guy who owned before seems to be of the sort that didn't replace s**t until it went bad. So... if that was an issue, it's been solved. (thumbsup) Former Stage V addict... off the wagon.
