I've been wrenching since high school with no formal training (great way to start out this question) and this year decided to start doing my own head work. Beginning with basic port matching and elongating transitions, but now I've been taking some serious meat off the intake and exhaust ports. On the last two build I've noticed where the fuel injectors point into the head a lot of angles for improvement. I suppose I should ask before clearing it all out of the way, is this design intentional?
Should the fuel injector spray 20% onto the head wall, or is spraying 100% towards the valves ideal?
