Message	I have the same exact setup as you (GT2560R/GT600R turbos with Ash induction piping), and had the exact same problem. I used a grinder to remove some material from the flanges on the Ash pipes to allow the compressor inlet adapter flange bolt heads to clear, and then used some paint to touch up the bare metal. It was no big deal to do and there are no boost leaks.
