Message with a healthy stock TT fuel pump and run the 740's with either the 300 Degree Rails or stock rails with adapters. Replace the stock FPR with a new OEM unit if it's never been replaced and replace all fuel hoses if they're old.

Stock TT pump with 740's is plenty for any power you'll make with stock turbos. IMO it's not worth spending more on a fuel system until you have you're entire build mapped out and know exactly what you'll need for your specific HP goals. If you want to go full tilt with big turbos and E85, you'll have to go top feed rails/injectors.
