The Nismo bushings have a firmer durometer rubber in them. As a best practice you should always keep your suspension system symmetric - same parts on both sides, otherwise you'd likely see strange handling. I have used this set-up on my own car for the past 70K or so plus a 300Degree camber kit. This is a set of R32 arms that I am putting together for a local customer:
