| Well she's been a on a good run. It's been a long time since my Z has left me stranded but today I'm pretty sure a timing belt idler decided to crap out. I was actually clutch in on a cloverleaf at the time and the motor went dead really quickly and made almost no noise. I've got old idlers from other timing belt jobs (beefy bearings good for other projects) So I'll try lining things back up and do a compression check. Maybe I only have to pull one head. There is a spot where you can rotate the engine all the way through and not hit any valves, maybe I got lucky. Maybe I didn't.
