But I never found it very easy to use (dont use regular aircraft paint stripper on urethane!) They can be wet sanded to get most of the paint thickness off. On the rock guard, use ScotchBrite pads as others have suggested, best to start with a sanding paste that will get down into the grooves, then a wet scotchBrite. Use plenty of soap and water to wash it down after using the paste. After washing you'll also be able to see shiny spots where the paint was not cut.
