Message	Just wondering if the OEM bumpers can be repainted by a body shop ? How do they remove the original paint? Is there extra labor involved ( assuming the bumper is not cracked or damaged ) because it already has paint on it ? Cheaper to just buy a new bumper and have it painted ?
