Message I don't know the ratios off the top of my head for the auto, but you're right. A TT with a 4.08 rear end 1st goes QUICK. With taller auto gears you'd probably spend a bit more time. Usually the challenge is keeping traction. Charles Park of Powertrix runs NA gears on his TTs and I've never heard him say anything about having issues with the auto not responding fast enough.
