OP asked about the cost to put a motor and trans back in (not R&R), install a new harness (assuming it's an engine harness, and engine is out), install a new fuel pump and lines (not a 2nd pump, etc.), install new intercoolers (not 2.5" pipes), and wire in basic EBC and widebands (ok, maybe need to weld in bungs too). How is this 50+ hours of work for a professional shop (not a part-time mechanic working in a home garage)? Five 8-hour days is only 40 hours, and that's full-time work on one car. Not doubting it's 50+ hours for someone who also has a regular 9-5 job and does this on the side.
