Message to help the rings seat.

I change at 100 miles, 500 miles, 1000 miles, 3000 miles (where I go to syn)

I've been using valvoline, but any name brand dino oil should work fine.

Only time I have used 'Break In' oil, which are high in ZDDP, is for breaking in new cams. If you're doing that, change the oil right after the ~30 minute cam break in as well.
