I picked up a factory 90 tt 5 speed this weekend. It has a spun bearing I believe. Body is decent, needs paint. Interior is in ok shape. Lots of goodies. Wiesco pistons, gt28 turbos, jwt dual intake, nismo 740's, downpipes, hi flo cats, borla exhaust, heavy duty clutch/light flywheel, short shifter, hicas delete, j spec front fascia, z1 driveshaft, some other things I'm forgetting. I have a 99 tt swap with an auto I've been fixing up this past year. It has a new tt auto tranny with a shift kit, 2.5 turbo back exhaust, pop charger, did all the deletes, new fuel/water lines, subframe spacers, new struts. The 94 has a nicer interior & is prepped for paint. So what would you do? Take parts off the 90 & put them on the 94? Take the engine out of the 94 & put in the 90? Rebuild the 90? I'm not made of money but I should be able to make 1 pretty nice car. The 94 would be less work but isn't a factory turbo car.
