I did that swap a year or 2 ago. Yes you need 240 style lines, i bought mine from ISR or whatever they're called, and they worked fine. Youll also have to re tap for the bracket. However, i only did the front brakes and although it felt better than my previous setup, it still wasn't a great feel..and i didn't feel comfortable tracking it, so i sold the setup. Just doing the fronts won't help you out, you need to do the rear and make sure your bias is correct. I went back to the stock calipers with the 350z rotor upgrade and stoptech pads, and I'm more happy with these than I was with the ctsvs. In the future ill do a proper front and rear kit.
