Message had a flex agent added. Many of the 2k epoxy primers are not flexible and will crack when the bumper is flexed.

I had the front bumper on my first Z32 painted years ago and was told the primer didnt matter because urethane paint is flexible. Needless to say, I was not happy when I found out how wrong this statement is. The paint was fine, but the primer actually cracked underneath and it was very visible.

Make sure he uses a flexible primer or get a written warranty for cracking due to flexing (if there is a collision, all bets are off, but but it should be able to bend to at least 45 degrees or so without cracking).
