Message	formula and what Power Trix recommends using on their newer style arms with the big jam nuts. I have used it with my newer style Power Trix arms and they haven't come loose (although, initially the person who aligned my car didn't tighten the jam nut in the correct direction, so the arm was a bit loose. I fixed that myself).
