The issue is the newest tech in aftermarket turbos are all in bigger turbos so the options for smaller turbos are all REALLY old. Right now I wouldn't be surprised if we were better off with a set of GTX2860 Gen2s than Sport 530s just because they respond so well. The biggest push for an OEM application for a turbo is efficiency. Emissions and mileage demand so. So theoretically the OEM turbo would be pretty responsive without the excess headroom of the GTX options. Or at least that's what my train of thought is.
