Message	To do with it. Your latest smog, they ran the engine at a higher RPM which helped your case. Also, not knowing how long you drove the car prior to going in on the smog day, how long the car sat in the parking lot before they put it on the rollers, if they had fans positioned front of the car for each smog test then the sea foam might be a placebo thing. Congratulations for passing. Don't have to worry about it for another two years.
