Message For me I was hitting as many track days as possible several years back, the difference in handling between the SPL coilovers and OEM was night and day and completely transformed how the car handled and could be driven at the limit (granted I made a few more changes to the suspension at the same time).

Now my Z is not going to see anymore track days, or at least if it does I will likely be driving it much much less hard, and the same SPL coilovers plus the other suspension components that made the car a dream on nice, relatively-smooth, tracks makes it intolerable on the poor public roads of Miami and I am looking at alternatives and making the swap this year.
