Message I think the right way to say it is, the larger turbos compress the air to 12 psi without raising the temperature as much. Cooler overall temps (for given psi) means denser oxygen charge for combustion.

Still...only 12 psi? Seems to defeat the purpose of the larger turbos, which is, more oxygen more safely.
