Message	protect the turbo from abnormal conditions. I really like how the wastegate actuators are normally open. It's a proper fail safe design. The ECU has to power the actuator to close the actuator. So, in the event the harness is cut to the actuators, the wastegates are open, protecting the turbo. Much better than the pneumatic actuators we have on the Z32.
