I think the problem with inexperienced drivers is they don't understand that the Z32 tends to understeer a bit at the traction limit and for the most part you can't modulate the throttle to bring the rear around as in other RWD cars that tend to oversteer at the traction limit. So they stay on the throttle a little too long or give it more throttle expecting the rear to come around and it never does.
