Message	flush out sludge. Others used Marvel Mystery Oil. Using multiple changes of cheap oil is a safer but not as effective. Note that he talking about doing this on a old car, 190,000 miles, to get it ready to race for the first time. Racing this car will raise the oil temperature and loosen the sludge, so he is trying to get rid of the sludge before racing so it doesn't damage the engine during the race.
