unfortunately it was for a TD42 diesel application though, but a VG application is possible now. It took 4 years to find a torque converter manufacturer willing to consider making the custom hybrid multi disk converter, and 2 more years for them to complete it... to their defense, GM applications are the bread and butter market for them, leaving little time for custom, out of the ordinary applications like this. 4L80 to Nissan RE4RO3A bellhousing adapter installed
ZD30 Nissan bellhousing (same engine bolt pattern as TD42 but fits RE4RO3A transmissions)
Custom Circle D 245mm (9.75") multi-disk torque converter (same bolt pattern as VG30DETT but has 1/2" spacers added to work with this TD/ZD application)
Custom BDE TD/ZD flexplate and converter pilot adapter - flexplate disc is 3/16" thick 4130 chromoly, adapter is 8620 steel)
Painted BDE TD/ZD flexplate
