Message .5 miles to work huh? Why bother warming-up/driving the Z at all IMHO.
I drive 2.5 and I wouldn't even consider it.

It is "common" knowledge that the vast majority of accidents happen within a couple/few miles of home and then combine that with driving to-from work and I am sure you are looking at a very large % probably well north of 75

So yeah, NO DUH, they don't want you driving it to work during rush/commute hours if they are paying the claims.

Weighing the merits of an insurance company based on the premium prices is tantamount to comparing peak HP numbers...it barely tells a fraction of the story. Wait until you need to file a claim or some other service from the company, THEN you will find out if your $ is well spent or not.

I haven't heard of Citizen's, aren't they a subsidiary of USAA or perhaps contracted or maybe referred to by USAA for stated/fixed-value insurance? Going to want to make a switch myself relatively soon.

"Socialism is a philosophy of failure, the creed of ignorance, and the gospel of envy, its inherent virtue is the equal sharing of misery."
--Winston Churchill

"When the people find that they can vote themselves money, that will herald the end of the republic."

"Government is not reason. It is not eloquent. It is force. Like fire, it is a dangerous servant and a fearful master."
"The last official act of any government is to loot the treasury."
