Message	Adjustable sways have either multiple mounting holes or a slip bracket to adjust the leverage. As I understand it, heavier sway bars negatively affect independence of the suspension, but are the easiest way to limit roll. If you have coil-overs, tuning the spring rate is the best way to go.
