| We recently had a car brought to us because of a no start condition. Long story short after a few min of diag it was decided the engine would need to be OH. We didnt get pics of the heads but it basically looks like what I imagined it would if someone put buckshot in the cylinders and ran it. Very heavy detonation was occurring. The spark plug bosses are almost completely worn off. It obviously had been run like this for some time. The final straw for the customer was actually when he blew the head gaskets on the hwy. Anyways... here are some pics of how the pistons fared. It should be noted there were some other underlying issues that likely played a part.
