Subject	Stock Motor Rebuild/Refresh... How much is it worth?

Message	I have a couple of good engines lying around and was wondering how much are they worth if I just rebuild them using the stock rods and pistons, but replace all bearings and rings? Maybe also doing the 120k timing belt work. Also, since I have a couple of shells lying around, Stage 3s, yes I have a problem, is it worth putting these engines in the cars and selling them. Both cars pretty clean. I'm guessing they are $7,000 $9,0000 cars when running. Or does everyone want new forged pistons and rods in a new motor. Just looking for opinions.
