Message	they are 10.25mm lift and 270 duration they are non VTC. I am not sure if that is what you had or not. However if are going to replace the cams just go with the JWT 500+ solid lifter cams + BDE cam gears (heck I love all of BDE stuff) I would switch to those right now as I think the lack of VTC is a big loss. I assume our head has already been clearanced for the bigger cam. BTW there is a chance you got an early grind of the JWT R5 cam anyways.
