| And your recommendations make perfect sense. The LEDs don't make a solid contact against the socket, so I bent the leads a bit outwards. And the sockets don't make a good contact with the printed circuit, so I'll try pinching the tabs as you suggested. As for the sanding, I'll just install the lower rofile bulbs that Rob posted above.
