Message	have been. Mine previously (and still sometimes) rubs the KKroft fender liner and when I hit a dip in the road. I couldn't imagine it being better "in spec" since that would put me so much closer to the fender bolt at the 1-o'clock position in your pic. and the one that can't be seen closer to center. 1993 TT.
