Message	Unworthy of road use. I wouldn't recommend trying to find someone who's lax on their safety inspection. The damage is already done as the title is noted salvaged. Trying to convince himself it's safe and will work as designed in a crash because he spent a small chunk of money on it just isn't smart IMO. I've been there, take your loss and move on.
