There was not enough money in the account. He has kept the money. Paypal did refund my money through its protection plan and is still working to get the money from him. The most difficult experience in buying anything online by far. Thank goodness for paypal, although it took from April 29th to May 19 to get my money back. Fair warning to anyone contemplating doing business with him.
