| Previously I hadn't dealt with Z1 on a regular basis and thought maybe I was the exception since I hadn't ever had an issue. As of recent I have begun dealing with them on a more frequent basis and still after thousands of dollars spent between myself and my brother (608z) we have yet to encounter an issue. I no longer feel that I am the exception and after having made two trips by car to their location (1100 mi) they have went out of the way to make sure I was satisfied. I now feel the exception is with the handful of people that have had the bad experiences. I also understand that they do a tremendous amount of business and statistically will have some fails. That said sure they've got some opportunity to nail down some best practices SOPs etc and improve in their business. No one is perfect, for me it's how they react after the mistake. This is simply my experience and I have several other friends, family and customers who have had similar experiences to mine. I am in no way trying to discredit anyone's claims and am in no way connected with Z1 other than as a customer. My .02.
