So I am all excited beginning the build of my newest 300zx, an original one owner 91 2+2 that I plan to convert to TT power. Anyhow, so I remove the NA engine, and begin to address the rusted battery tray. I know it is welded in place, but a new one can be sourced and installed with some effort...or can it? To my disappointment comes the news today that they are no longer available new. Perhaps I could get one from a junkyard, the parts guy says.
Hah, fat chance of seeing one half a good as the one I just destroyed by removing what was left of it. Any ideas on where to get one?
