Message	seen the area under them. rain that falls into the vents on the cowls is channeled out behind the fenders. the gutter, for lack of a better term, is rather large and extends from one side of the car to the other. its other purpose is to allow fresh air into the cabin when hvac is being used. the seal on the cowl will not stop water from getting under them. not a lot of knowledge on this I see.
