Message the same as the delivery vans we have in the USA. They are basically high-roofed station wagons, although Ford and Chrysler appear to be including the "euro-style" vans in their fleet inventories here relatively recently....still what 99.9% of Americans think of when thinking of a delivery van, is not what they drive in Europe.

No idea why they would be on a 300ZX, the headlights are already lower than the vast majority of cars on the road, and sportscar suspensions dont sag nearly as bad as standard passenger cars. There is likely a simpler, more bureaucratically-oriented explanation.
