Message	[ http://www.smooth-on.com/ ] You make the mold out of silicone, then use it to reproduce your part. I tried it once to make some dirt bike parts. It didn't work well for me because our part was too complex. You might be able to pull off those little cogs. ------------------------------------------------- Work on your own car, and don't half ass it.
